Engraving turns an everyday piece of jewellery into a story — a name, a date, a crest, a meaningful phrase, or a small symbol transforms a silver or gold object into a personal heirloom.

At the Sharnas workshop we work with hand engraving, laser engraving on thin surfaces, and combined techniques for deeper, layered work. Engraving is possible on almost any metal piece — wedding rings, pendants, silver bracelets, as well as bespoke gift items.

Each engraving is checked before delivery, and we always confirm the text, font, and placement with you before starting work, so the result matches what you had in mind.

Techniques & Options

Hand engraving — the classic technique with cut tools; suitable for decorative motifs, ornaments, and monograms where the human touch matters.
Laser engraving — precise, shallow engraving for fine text, small fonts, and images; ideal on thin surfaces where deep cuts would be unsafe.
Inner & curved engraving — inside a ring, behind a pendant, or along the side of a bracelet; a beautifully hidden personal message.
Fonts & scripts — Latin, Cyrillic, gothic, script, sans-serif, and custom designs you've drawn yourself.
Materials — gold (585, 750), silver (925), titanium, stainless steel; most metal jewellery you can entrust to us.
